BILTHOVEN, 14 March 2023 – During the Dutch Trade Mission to Korea and Japan (13 to 17 March 2023), Korean KNR Automotive and Dutch company Mobilitum signed a Memorandum of Understanding. With the signing of this MoU, both companies underline their intention to enter in an exclusive partnership to further develop and market Stint Cargo vehicles in South Korea. Since Seoul is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the world, it is the perfect city to run the short-range electric Stints.
The signing ceremony took place during the Dutch Trade Mission Energy Transition in Seoul and was witnessed by the Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Liesje Schreinemacher. The MoU was signed by Mr. Sang Jin Ahn, CEO of KNR Automotive and Mr. Edwin Renzen, CEO of Mobilitum.
This agreement between KNR Automotive and Mobilitum is a good illustration of the excellent trading relation between the Netherlands and South-Korea, which is beneficiary for the automotive industry in both countries. Both companies look forward to strengthening their relationship and gaining access to the business opportunities that lie in the coming years of automotive transition.
